ABR SESTA Interviewers’ network

16 regional coordinators, 200 interviewers visiting more than 600 modern and traditional trade stores visited each week. Possibility of developing the interviewers’ network up to 650 interviewers in the whole Poland.

We have 135 palmtops in use, including 90 the most modern ones – Motorolla MC 55 (barcode scanner, GPS, a camera).

We are audited within the Interviewers’ Work Quality Control Programme organized by Polish Association of Public Opinion and Marketing Research Firms. While controlling our interviewers we apply the field and non-field control.
 

ABR SESTA offers a panel of 300 modern trade stores which are visited by our auditors every weekend. We are the leader in carrying out the audits in respect of not only the experience and the turnover but also quality of the data and implementation of modern techniques of collecting it.

Customer  behaviour research lets us understand the consumer and improve the offer, as well as its presentation so that it meets the consumer requirements and increases the sales.
