History of ABR SESTA:
2010 – Implementation of palmtops with bard codes scanners, application for the retail audit and a wide range of other application supporting research and managing the company.
2009Activating an authoring online reporting system and the new research product - Promotional Leaflets Monitoring.
2009 – Signing the agreements concerning the European funds (RPO 1.5 and POIG 8.2).
2008 – Investments in the development of technologies as well as purchasing computer devices, improving the operation of the company.
2007 – Conversion into an Ltd. company and change of the general office address to 87 Jerozolimskie Street.
2005 – Widening the range of services by introducing sales data analysis.
2004 – Implementation of the Hyper-Eye pioneer product, that is, recording the consumer behaviour with the help of cameras.
2001 – Dynamic development of the company resulting in the growth of employment as well as changing the office for a bigger one two times.
1999 – Conversion ABR SESTA into a civil company, changing the address of the general office, creating our own analytics team.
1998 – Extending the offer by adding qualitative and quantitative consumer researches – using the services of freelancers.
1996.11.15Setting up the SESTA Marketing Research – the company starts its operation. Initially it was offering only prices, distribution and promotion monitoring for large international companies and cooperated with other research agencies as a regional coordinator.
 

ABR SESTA offers a panel of 300 modern trade stores which are visited by our auditors every weekend. We are the leader in carrying out the audits in respect of not only the experience and the turnover but also quality of the data and implementation of modern techniques of collecting it.

Customer  behaviour research lets us understand the consumer and improve the offer, as well as its presentation so that it meets the consumer requirements and increases the sales.
